Yes, ideally. An empty property lets us reach inside wardrobes, behind where the fridge sat and along every skirting board. If some items must stay, tell us when you request the quote.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
A two-bedroom apartment typically takes a small team half a day. Larger houses or properties needing heavy oven and bathroom work take longer. We confirm the timing with your quote.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
It's quoted as an add-on because not every lease requires it. If your lease or agent asks for professional carpet cleaning, we can do it in the same visit.
What if the agent finds something at the final inspection?
Tell us straight away and send the agent's notes. We'd rather come back and put it right than leave you with a dispute.
