About Howzat
Melbourne cleaners who sweat the details.
In cricket, “Howzat?” is the appeal to the umpire. We named the business after it because every clean ends with the same question and we want the answer to be an easy one.
01What we do
Commercial cleaning, held to a standard.
Howzat Cleaning Experts looks after workplaces and shared buildings across Melbourne: offices, clinics, shops, schools, gyms, warehouses and strata common areas, along with end-of-lease cleans and specialised floor, carpet, window and exterior work.
The idea behind the business is simple. Cleaning goes wrong when nobody has agreed what "clean" means. So we agree it up front, write it into a checklist, and check our own work against it before you ever have to.
02How we work
Three habits we don't skip.
1
Write it down
Every site has a scope that lists what's cleaned and how often. It keeps us honest and makes the work easy for you to check.
2
Check it twice
The person who cleaned a room isn't the only one who looks at it. A team lead walks the job before we call it done.
3
Say it straight
Fixed prices, plain answers, and if a stain won't come out or a job isn't right for us, we'll tell you first.
